I love the holidays because it’s such a magical and beautiful time of year.  My family and I are busy putting up our holiday decorations and getting ready to celebrate and enjoy this time with each other.  One of my favorite holiday traditions is the family meal.  Before eating we hold hands and talk about what we wish for in the new year.  Everyone makes a special dish to share with the people we love.  My dish is macaroni and cheese!!  I know… it’s not a traditional holiday dish but I’ve always loved mac and cheese and in our family you bring what you love to the table!  Visit the Kids section of our website for the recipe and make it your new holiday tradition!!  Emily.
